Purpose: This report displays RF Mass Transfer transactions based on the selection criteria entered on the Mass Transfer Report Screen:
• Transaction date range: The report includes RF Mass Transfer transactions that were processed within the specified date range.
• Warehouse: The report includes RF Mass Transfer transactions that were processed for the specified warehouse.
How to print: Use the Printing the Mass Transfer Report (PMTR) menu option.

Contents: The report page breaks by warehouse. For each warehouse, RF Mass Transfer transactions display in ascending date, control number, and item/SKU sequence.
Report Selection Criteria
• Transaction Dates: The date range entered in the Start date and End date fields on the Mass Transfer Report screen.
• Warehouse: The warehouse code entered in the Warehouse field on the Mass Transfer Report screen. 000 displays if you did not specify a warehouse.
Report Details
• Warehouse: A code for the warehouse associated with the RF Mass Transfer transaction. A negative quantity for a record on the report indicates an RF Item Transfer Pull transaction from the specified warehouse; a positive quantity for a record on the report indicates an RF Item Transfer Put transaction to the specified warehouse.
• Control #: The RF Mass Transfer Control # assigned to the RF Mass Transfer transaction.
• Date: The date when the RF Mass Transfer transaction was processed.
• RC: The reason for the transfer.
• Item: The item transferred.
• SKU: The SKU of the item transferred.
• Description: A description of the item transferred.
• Qty: The quantity of the item transferred. A negative quantity for a record on the report indicates an RF Item Transfer Pull transaction from the specified warehouse; a positive quantity for a record on the report indicates an RF Item Transfer Put transaction to the specified warehouse.
• User: The user ID of the user that processed the RF Mass Transfer transaction.
• Time: The time when the RF Mass Transfer transaction was processed, in HH:MM:SS format.
• Total for whs: The total quantity transferred for the warehouse within the transaction date range specified.
• Grand Total: The total quantity transferred, across all warehouses, within the transaction date range specified.
