Using the Browser During Siebel Chat Sessions

It is recommended that you do not use any of the following during a chat session because the chat session might be disconnected:

• The Forward and Back buttons on your browser.
• The following keyboard shortcuts: ALT+Left Arrow and ALT+Backspace.
• The F5 function key if support for it is not configured. For more information, see Configuring Support for F5 Refresh in Siebel Chat.
