Table 1 lists the changes in this revision of the documentation to support Siebel Innovation Pack 2015, Patchset 5. The new features listed in this table are available only if you install and deploy Innovation Pack 2015, Patchset 5 or later. Setting Up the Development Environment

Modified topic. Developers can now use Oracle Database XE for the local database for Siebel Tools, as an alternative to SAP SQL Anywhere. This option requires that you install Siebel Innovation Pack 2015, Patchset 5 or later.
