Navigating Within the Function Space Diary Time Scale in Siebel Open UI

There are several ways that you can navigate in the Function Space Diary Time Scale.

• Drilling down on a date in the Week and Month Time Scale, takes you to the Day/Day-Part Time Scale. Drilling down on a date in the Day Time Scale, takes you to the Month (M/DW) Time Scale.
• You can click on a date in any time scale (except if they are already in the day time scale) to navigate to a day time scale for the date originally selected. For example, if you are in the month time scale and click the date of January 4th, it will change the time scale of the diary to the Day/Day Part time scale and go to the date of January 4th. The relative position within the diary vertically should not change. For example if you are in the middle of the diary vertically, then you will still be in the middle of the diary after the date changes.
• Drilling down on availability, takes you to the Total Availability view for that day. There is a third axis on the time scale that displays for each day, the Total Group Availability/Group Authorized or just Total Group Available if space is limited and both will not fit. You can drill down on the group available to go to the Total Group Availability view.
