PAR_PARTY_REL_ID

Varchar

Foreign key for the best version affiliation. Best version affiliation will be inserted in S_PARTY_PER instead of S_ORG_EXT.

AFFL_STATUS_DESC

Varchar

The status of an affiliation. The values include: Active, Inactive, or Error.

AFFL_STATUS_DESC

Varchar

A description that enhances the status information, for example, Inactive-withdrawal, inactive-terminated, and so on.

AFFL_RANK

Number

A five-digit number used by institutions to rank an affiliation.

REL_TYPE_CD

Varchar

Type of contact-account affiliation. The relationship between a contact and an account. The values can be: Student, Staff, Faculty, and Alumni.

REL_SUB_TYPE_CD

Varchar

Parent relationship code. It has similar values as those in the REL_TYPE_CD table. The hierarchy is maintained in the LOV table.

EFF_START_DT

Date

Effective start date. The default value is Created Date, but it can be overwritten.

EFF_END_DT

Date

Effective end date.

PRIMARY_FLG

Character

Required. Indicates whether the record is primary. When S_UCM_ORG_EXT is used to load child accounts of contacts, this indicator will be used to designate a primary account. The primary designation will be translated as the PR_OU_ID in S_CONTACT table or PR_AFFL_ID.

TRANSACTION_ID

Varchar

Transaction ID.
