Prerequisite Information for Recipient Addressing


An outbound communication request succeeds when the business component records, or other associated records, for the recipients of the communication have the appropriate contact information. Email address, fax number, and pager fields for contacts, employees, partners, prospects, or other potential recipients must contain valid data.
