Defining the BCC Email Address at the Enterprise Level

This topic describes how to define the BCC email address for the eMail Response -Update Activity from BCC Message workflow at the enterprise level.

To define the BCC email address at the enterprise level

  1. Navigate to the Administration Server Configuration screen, then the Enterprises view.
  2. Select the Parameters tab.
  3. Click the Query button.
  4. In Name field, enter Activity Status Update Email Address.
  5. Click Go.
  6. Enter the BCC email address in the Value field.

Defining the BCC Email Address at the Component Level

This topic describes how to define the BCC email address for the eMail Response -Update Activity from BCC Message workflow at the component level.

To define the BCC email address at the component level

  1. Navigate to the Administration - Server Configuration screen, then Enterprises View.
  2. Select Component Definitions tab.
  3. Select the Call Center Object Manager (ENU) component.

    NOTE:  Alternatively, you can select a different AppObjMgr component.

  4. Click the Query button.
  5. In the Name field, enter Activity Status Update Email Address
  6. Enter the BCC email address in the Value field.

    NOTE:  The email address specified in this step will supersede the email address specified at the enterprise level.
