These differences in the home page and global buttons might be important to you if you configure Siebel eService. For more information about configuring Siebel eService, see Siebel eService Administration Guide. NOTE: To make the Siebel eService for Automotive home page visible to customers, you must configure the application using Siebel Tools. After you configure the application, the home page appears when the customer clicks the Service button in Siebel eCustomer for Financial Services and when the customer logs in to eService. For information about making the home page visible to customers, see Siebel System Requirements and Supported Platforms on Oracle Technology Network. |
