Contacting the Web Site Host

Both registered customers who enter a user name and password to access the Siebel eService Web site and anonymous customers who do not register on the Web site can contact the Web site host. To contact the Web site host, customers perform the following tasks:

• Finding Office Locations of the Web Site Host
• Sending Email to the Web Site Host
