Downloading the Primavera User Administration Log

You can use the Primavera User Administration log to view detailed information about the processes that occur when you attempt to save users to the cloud. If a user fails to be provisioned, you can use the log to try and determine why the user failed to be provisioned.

To download the Primavera User Administration log:

  1. Click  View notifications.
  2. Select the notification that corresponds to the log file that you want to view.
  3. Click Download Log.
