Exporting a List of Users that Failed to be Provisioned

You can export a CSV file called Primavera_Create_User_<date>.csv that contains a list of the users that have failed to be provisioned for each save attempt. The file contains all of the information that is associated with the user, such as:

• Last Name
• First Name
• Email
• User Name
• Organization
• Provisioning Assignments

  Note: Do not modify any information in the CSV file other than provisioning assignments. If you need to modify user information, refer to Editing a User's Attributes.

Use the CSV file to update user provisioning information, upload it back to the table, and retry to provision the users. For more information about reattempting to provision users that have failed to be provisioned, see Reattempting Failed Provisions.

To export a list of the users that failed to be provisioned:

1. Click  View notifications.
2. Select a notification that has users that have failed to be provisioned.
3. Click Export Failed Users.
