Disabling the Ability to Delete Comments

By default, users are allowed to delete comments. However, some companies may have security requirements making this undesirable. An Administrator can use the On/Off Allow Comment Deletion switch in System Settings to disable the ability to delete comments.

To disable deletion of comments by users:

1. In your application, select Manage. and then System Settings.
2. In System Settings, select Configuration Settings, and then Allow Comment Deletion.
3. Select Turn Off and then click OK.
