You can make another drive group the primary when, for example, you plan to replace drives in the existing primary drive group.
The primary drive group is identified by the 
icon.
- Select the drive group that you want to become the primary drive group.
- Select .
- Select the Make this drive group the primary drive group option.
- Click OK.
The system runs a background process to move the system configuration database to the new primary drive group. When the background process completes, the system moves the primary drive group icon to the new primary drive group.
