Modify the Controller Comment

The Controller comment is the descriptive text that is assigned to a Controller. You can change or assign unique, meaningful comments to help you more easily locate specific Controller components. The Controller comment can contain up to 255 alphanumeric characters.

1. Navigate to System > Hardware > Controllers.
   The Controllers overview page displays the status summary of each Controller, the chassis, the comment, the service type, the failover Controller , temperature, and a summary of the FRUs and CRUs.
2. Select a Controller.
3. Select Actions > Modify.
4. In the Comment field, enter a string of text that associates a comment with the Controller.
   You can enter up to 255 alphanumeric characters.
5. Click OK.
