Time Card Summary

Time Card Summary lets you view the hours worked by employees by date and location. This is different from Employee Time Card in that you are looking at the location or organization as a whole. From the first page of the Time Card Summary you are able to drill-down in one of two directions:
  • The date: Shows any and all employees who worked on that date at that location.

  • The location: Shows all employees who have valid open time cards at that location.

Time Card Summary consolidates and summarizes payroll information for a single pay period by employee and by job, such as hourly, salary, and non-clock jobs. It displays the employee’s total and overtime hours and pay. Drilling-down on any of the employee’s names allow you to edit their time card.
