Defining User Privileges

  1. In Reporting and Analytics, click Admin, and then click Portal.
  2. On the Portal Administration page, click Roles, and then click Portlets.
  3. Select the appropriate user role, and then click Configure.
  4. Select the appropriate portlet:
    1. If you want to configure user privileges for the Human Resources module, select Human Resources.
    2. If you want to configure user privileges for the Payroll Preprocessing module, select Payroll Preprocessing.
  5. Click Edit, select the appropriate privileges, and then click Save.
