Removing Access to Areas Managed by Labor Management for EM Locations

  1. In the POS Configurator for Enterprise Maintenance, click Employees, and then click Configurator Access.
  2. For every employee class, remove Access Privileges for the following forms, and then click Save:
    • Employees | Employees

    • Employee | Jobs

    • Employee | Time and Attendance

    • Employee | Time Clock Schedule

    • Employee | Overtime Levels

  3. In the POS Configurator for Enterprise Maintenance, click Employees, and then click Back Office Classes.
  4. Update the following options to None for all employee classes, and then click Save.
    • Employee Maintenance

    • Payroll Processing

    • Scheduling

    • Forecasting

    • System Configuration | Labor

    • System Configuration | LM Security & Privileges

    • System Configuration | Forecasting

    • System Configuration | Restaurant & Regional Settings | School Districts

  5. In the POS Configurator for Enterprise Maintenance, click System, click Restaurant, and then click Options.
  6. Select Suppress changes in RVC Clk Out/In, and then click Save.
