Linking a Labor Category to a Job Definition

  1. Log into Reporting and Analytics as the System Administrator, click Labor Management, and then click Human Resources.
  2. In Human Resources Administration, click Admin, and then click Job Definitions.
  3. Search for and select the appropriate job definitions, and then click Edit.
  4. On the General tab, select the Labor Category, update the fields as needed, and then click Save.

    Labor categories are often assigned at the same time as job categories. To assign, use the Job Category drop-down list. For more information on job categories, see Job Category Master.
