Assign Profile to Organization Level

  1. In Reporting and Analytics, click Labor Management, and then click Staffing Profile.
  2. In Staffing Profile and Assignment, click Assign Profiles to Organization Levels.
  3. To assign a staffing profile to a location:
    1. Search for the appropriate location.
    2. In the Staffing Profile column, select the staffing profile from the drop-down list adjacent to the location, and then click Apply.
  4. To assign a staffing profile to a revenue center:
    1. Click the right arrow next to the location name to expand the location to show its revenue centers.
    2. In the Staffing Profile column, select the staffing profile from the drop-down list adjacent to the appropriate revenue center, and then click Apply.
  5. If you want to know whether there is any mismatch between the assigned forecast profile and staffing profile for the location, click Mismatch of Forecast Profiles.

    For example, if the Atlanta Location has been assigned a forecasting profile focused on gross sales and then assigned a staffing profile based on net sales, when the forecast is run, staff requirements will not be generated since different components are in place. This page lets you know if the staffing profile needs to be adjusted to match the forecasting profile.

  6. If you want to lock the schedule for a location or a revenue center, click the plus sign (+) next to the staffing profile of the appropriate location, select either of the following options and then click Apply:
    • Location: Select this option to lock the schedule to the chosen location.

    • Revenue Center: Select this option to lock the schedule to the chosen revenue center.

  7. Click Save.
