Staffing Administration

Configure Staffing Administration specifications using this page. You can define stations and assign those stations to the appropriate organization level. You can also assign skill levels to staff requirements.

The Staffing Administration page is divided into three sections:
  1. Stations/Sections Definitions: Create station names and descriptions for assignment to organization levels and skill levels. Aides in organizing staffing requirements.

  2. Assign Station to Organization Level: Assign one station or section to many locations or many stations or sections to only one location.

  3. Assign Skill Levels to Staff Requirements: View existing skill levels and stations assignments as well as their relationship to staffing requirements, add or edit assignments, and restrict stations to be used only once and only for a single employee.
