Assigning Skill Levels to Staff Requirements

  1. In Reporting and Analytics, click Labor Management, and then click Staffing Administration.
  2. In Staffing Station and Skill Levels, click Assign Skills Level to Staff Requirements.
  3. If you want to restrict a station to be used only once and only for a single employee, select Enforce Unique Station.
  4. Click Add, select either a Job Category or a Job Code for the skill requirement, and then select Active.
  5. (Optional) Click Day Part and deselect the day parts that are not applicable for the requirement. By default, all day parts are enabled.
  6. Select the days of the week for which this requirement is applicable, and then click Next.
  7. Enter the total number of employees needed in the Requirement field, and then enter the number of employees needed from each skill level.
  8. (Optional) To assign a skill level to a station:
    1. Click Assign Skill to Station adjacent to the appropriate skill level.
    2. Select the Station Name, and then enter the number of employees needed for the station that you selected.
    3. If you want to assign another station for the skill level, click Add, and then repeat Step 8-b.
  9. Click Save.
