Assigning a Station to an Organization Level

  1. In Reporting and Analytics, click Labor Management, and then click Staffing Administration.
  2. In Staffing Station and Skill Levels, click Assign Station to Organization Level.
  3. To assign more than one station to a single location:
    1. On the Multiple Stations to Single Location tab, select a location from the Locations pane on the right.
    2. From the Unassigned list in the Stations pane on the left, select the station, and then click the right arrow.
    3. Repeat Step 3-b until the stations that you want to assign appear on the Assigned list.
    4. If you want to assign all the stations on the Unassigned list to the location, click the double right arrow.
    5. If you want to remove any station from the Assigned list, select the station, and then click the left arrow.
    6. Click Apply.
  4. To assign a single station to multiple locations:
    1. On the Single Stations to multiple Locations tab, select the station from the Stations pane on the left.
    2. From Locations pane on the right, select the locations to which you want to assign the station, and then click Apply.
  5. Once you have completed assignment, click Save.
