Creating a Staffing Profile

  1. In Reporting and Analytics, click Labor Management, and then click Staffing Profile.
  2. In Staffing Profile and Assignment, click Staffing Profile Creation.
  3. Click Add, and then enter the Profile Name and a Description for the profile.
  4. (Optional) Select Aggregate Requirements by Job Code.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Search for and select the profile that you created, and then click Add Job.
  7. If you want to add the requirement to an entire job category, select a Job Category.
  8. If you want to add the requirement for a specific job code, select a Job Code.
  9. Enter the Labor Name and a Labor Description, and then select Active to enable the job.
  10. From the Method drop-down list, select the staffing requirements definition by which this job is determined. See the following sections for the appropriate configuration:
