Purging Locked Administrators in Command Center

You can not unlock a locked Command Center administrator. You must purge a locked administrator and recreate the adminstrator in the Command Center.

You can purge data for:

• A specific locked administrator
• All locked administrators

Purging locked administrators removes data from the CDA_NODES, CDA_ATTRIBUTES, and USR_PASSWORD_ENTRIES table.

To purge locked administrators

1. Go to the following directory:
   • UNIX. EDX_HOME/bin
   • Windows. EDX_HOME\bin
2. Run the following command:
   • UNIX. ./purge_data.sh -connstr OLTP schema user_name/OLTP schema password@EBILL TNS name Input
   • Windows. purge_data.bat -connstr OLTP schema user_name/OLTP schema password@EBILL TNS name Input

     where Input is one of the following:

   • Purge lock data for a specific user ID: -lockedadmin -user User ID
   • Purge lock data for all user IDs: -lockedadmin -user -all
