This is the first version of Assisted Service Application Guide for Oracle Billing Insight.

New Application Features Reflected in This Guide

Use cases for this application were written and organized to reflect the all-new Assisted Service application, which features:

• Responsive Web Design in the user interface
• An updated look-and-feel through the use of Cascading Style Sheets
• The new Merchant user role, who can access ROI enterprise metric reports for user activity and bill load data
• Expanded access to Self-Service functionality, including:
  • Billing account analytics
  • Hierarchy management
  • Full payment capabilities and refund processing
