You can change the default ports for the Oracle Tools Service, as long as you choose a new port that is not being used.
The ports on
which the Oracle Tools Service and Endeca Workbench listen are specified in the
server.xml file, which is located in the
%ENDECA_TOOLS_CONF%\conf directory
($ENDECA_TOOLS_CONF/conf for UNIX).
The
server.xml file also specifies the default server

%ENDECA_TOOLS_CONF%\conf\webstudio.properties file
($ENDECA_TOOLS_CONF/conf/webstudio.properties on UNIX).
