All statistics which have exceeded the storage period defined in menu Parameter -> Misc. Param. -> "Statistic parameter" are cleared when this button is activated.
The minimum number of years, months, days, etc. the data is to be stored can be defined in window Statistic parameter ("Z fields"). Data is not automatically deleted as soon as the defined period is exceeded. It will only be cleared after activation of this button. The user is asked "Are you sure?" before the clear operation begins. This query should be acknowledged with OK. The application then selects the data which matches the prerequisites defined in the "Statistics parameters".
