Batch Communication create Upd.Inst.
Click on this button to create the XML file for the basic data update of the corresponding sub-installations. The file name and the output directory to which the XML file is exported must have been defined via the update program BC Parameter.
In addition to the defined name, every file receives the number of the corresponding sub-installation and the sequential status number.
The XML files for the basic data update must be transferred via the file transfer to the input directory of the related sub-installation. From there, they are imported to the MICROS Retail OSCAR POS database via the button System -> Configuration -> Installation -> "BC get Upd.Inst.".
The buttons "BC get Statistic" and "BC get Upd.Inst." are only active if the current installation is the main installation.
