The following program description deals with:
The various profit centers of your business can be
combined organizationally (e.g. for evaluation). Particularly important is that
the combination can be carried out in a cross-branch way. This provides you with
the opportunity to collect statistical data of profit centers of the same type
in different branches.
In the following description, all available options
provided for the maintenance of these basic data will be explained.
Permitted input range:
numeric, 1 - 9999
Number of the company to which
the profit center type is to be assigned. The name of the company will be displayed on
the right side. Without this assignment, no branch group can be created.
If you do not know the number, you can select the data
record via the Search Function.
Permitted input range:
numeric, 1 - 99
When creating a new record, enter a free number. The
number can be chosen at will. Please make sure that the profit center types are
configured cross-branch. By this, you can group profit centers of different
branches and evaluate them via the report system.
Permitted
input range: alphanumeric, max. 20 chars.
Name of the profit center
type. Can
be chosen at will but should be descriptive.
