If IP nos.have been stored in
the system and these are linked to items this item can be searched for or
called up at the terminal with event <IPSEARCH>.
IP numbers are updated with
program Application -> Item -> IP no.. The
item can be linked to an IP no. in program Item.
The entry sequence for
items at the terminal is as follows:
An entry window is opened in the POS program from
depression of key <IPSEARCH>.
The IP no. can then be entered to find the linked item(s). After entry of the
number or partial no. all articles which match up wholly or partially will be
displayed. The linked item is recorded after selection of a number from the
window and depression of key <ST>.
