If you work with waiter keys in your branch, you have to assign the key number to the waiter in the update program Operator.
While you receive the number of the waiter via the print on the pen itself, you get to know the number of the waiter key via the function "KNUBBEL".
Assign a key on your keyboard to the function <KNUBBEL>. In order to view the key number, call up the function then by pressing the key. Lay the key onto the waiter lock. The MICROS Retail OSCAR POS application reads the key number and shows it on the display/ screen. Take down the number and enter it in the field Pen no. in the program Operator (Details1).
