Safe - Short Instructions
The detailed description of the programs outlined in
the following can be found in the relevant program descriptions.
The maintenance of the area of the main terminal
transactions consists of three steps:
- Definition of the main terminal transaction type
- Realization of the transactions from/ to the safe
- Realization of the safe declare
Note:
- In the safe, the means of payment of the
terminals are deposited.
Program: Safe
Transaction Type
The realization of transactions requires the creation
of at least one transaction type. The program is to be opened from the window Branch. Essential parts are:
- Assigning a transaction type number
- Definition of the transaction type (pay-in or
pay-out).
Program: Safe
Transactions
Via this program part, the transactions from / to the
safe are booked. Essential program parts are:
- Entry of the payment type with
- quantity
- and value.
- A transaction must be confirmed by pressing the
relevant
key. The
option Confirmed will be
activated. Storing a transaction is not enough for confirming it.
Note:
As long as a transaction has not been confirmed, you can make changes to it.
Program: Safe
Declare
Just as for the cashiers, a declared entry must be
carried out for the safe, too. The counted declared values will be compared to
the amounts calculated by the system. The safe declare has the following effects:
- The declared values will be adopted by the
system.
- At the same time, they will become the new money
start value.
- With every declare, the account number will be
increased by "1", the transaction number will be set back to
"0".
- This will make changes to the old period
impossible.
- After this switch-over, the values of old periods
cannot be changed any longer.
