Transfer out (Booking Function)

In order to carry out a "Transfer out" as described below, you have to configure the key TRANSFEROUT via System -> Configuration -> Keyboard -> Keys first.

Note:
Please note that the option "With transfer out" should be activated in the Payment type if cash amounts are to be transferred out.

The transfer out is to be carried out as follows:

• Press the TRANSFEROUT key.
• Transfer out will appear on the screen or operator display.
• The operator number will be displayed too.
• Confirm both with ST.
• In the top line, the entered transfer out amount (i.e. 0.00 at function start); at the bottom, the entry of the (next) amount is asked for.
• Enter the transfer out amount.
• Confirm by pressing the apropriate payment type key. (You can enter several part amounts per payment type. Every entry has to be confirmed. All amounts will be added.)
• Close the transfer out via TL.
