The program description deals with the following:
The course groups for menus can be updated, i.e. programmed, changed or cleared, with this program. Data which has already been stored can also be displayed for information.
Button Menu parts is used to reach the update program Menu parts in which the appropriate texts for the course items can be stored.
A course group is normally only linked if it is a variable Menu. This type of menu can consist of one or more courses to which one or more articles can be linked per course for recording.
A text from the linked text group is assigned to each course.
Example:
A menu of the day consists of 4 courses.
Course group Selection menu is linked to this menu of the day. The selection menu has the following 4 texts stored for each individual course:
When this menu of the day is recorded, the sales program shows course text 1 Drinks with the linked menu articles. After selection of one or more menu items the next course text 2 Starters, etc. appears.
The course texts are stored in program Menu part.

Enter the number of the company for which the course groups are to be processed.
Changes or clear operations are done by calling up the data record from entry of the number in the key fields. If the number is not known, the data record can be selected with Search.

Enter the number of the course group in this field. If a new course group is to be programmed, enter a free no. in this key field.

Enter the name of the course group. Any name can be chosen, but it should be easy to identify, e.g. 4-course menu, 3-course menu, etc.
