Create Help (button)
A selection window opens after depression of this button and the profile for which the help system is to be drawn up can be defined. A protocol is possible on the screen or on the printer.
An adapted help is achieved automatically in several steps.
- The standard help system is copied into a new directory. The new directory name (e.g. Profile 1 = help.Sprache.1). is assigned in accordance with the number of the profile.
- The help files to be modified are copied into a temporary directory and are written back into the new directory after the changes have been made.
- All users with the linked profile then have access to the help system in this directory (e.g. help.deutsch.1 for Profile 1).
Note:
The prerequisite for a customized help system is that a profile of type Application profile or Group profile has been stored in the system.
A customized help system is created in program Profile text via program Application -> Employee -> Operator -> Details 1 or Application -> Organisation -> Terminals -> Terminal type.
