The program description deals with the following:
The details of every DTM result can be viewed or updated, i.e. changed or cleared, with this program. Data which has already been stored can also be displayed for information
Every result of a DTM order is stored in the system. The details of the DTM results are listed in this DTM history and can be displayed, changed or cleared with this program.
Note:
The functionality of the DTM-upgrade in the
MICROS Retail OSCAR POS program is retained after entry of path ..\fglDTM
in the environment variable OSCAR_FGLPATH in initialisation file oscar.ini.
Call up the FGL file "dofglDTM.fgl" with the language required
e.g. oscar dofglDTM.fgl Deutsch) so that the windows of the DTM
update programs required are generated. The application program DTM also has
to be configured in update program System -> Menu -> Applications.
Note:
A Processing unit of type Client should be programmed for the application
program type DTMClient. The name of the application should be entered in
field Program name. The option "with graphic" should be set
for the relevant processing unit so that the DTM order can be shown on the
screen.

As with nearly all programs the following also applies here:
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 9999
Select the number of the company for whom the DTM history is to be processed. If the number is not known, the data record can be selected with the search function.
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 9999
Select the number of the branch for whom the DTM history is to be processed. If the number is not known, the data record can be selected with the search function.
Entry range permitted: decimal max. 20 pos.
The consecutive no. of the DTM history entry as stored in the database is shown in this field.
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 99999
The number of the DTM order for this DTM history entry is shown in this field. This number matches the entry made during creation of the DTM order with program DTM order.
Changes or clear operations are completed from entry of a number in the key fields. If the number is not known, the data record can be selected with the search function.
Entry range permitted: alphanumeric max. 30 pos.
The name of the DTM order as stored for this order in update program DTM order is shown in this field.
Entry range permitted: alphanumeric max. 20 pos.
The name of the internal order of the appropriate DTM order appears in this field.
The name of the internal order for the DTM order is selected in program DTM order, field Order (internal).
The following commands are possible for a DTM order:
Entry range permitted: alphanumeric max. 30 pos.
The text for the result of the DTM order is shown in this field.
Depending on the result of the transmission the following texts are possible
Details for the individual DTM order can be found in program DTM history by clicking onto button DTM history to change to the update program.
Switch active: This DTM
order has been completed successfully
Switch deactivated: This DTM order has been completed; no data was,
however, transferred.
Switch active: This DTM
order was completed successfully. The appropriate data has been transferred.
Switch deactivated: This DTM order was completed, but no data was
transferred.
Entry range permitted:DDMMYYYY (day, month, year)
The date on which the DTM order was executed is shown in this field.
Entry range permitted: HHMMSS (hour, minute, seconds)
The time at which the DTM order was executed is shown in this field.
Entry range permitted: decimal max. 10 pos.
The number of data records transferred during execution of this DTM order is shown in this field. The size of the file in bytes is shown in this field during transfer of sequential files (see PUTFILE or GETFILE in update program DTM order).
