By use of this program, you can maintain the item positions for an internal order i.e. create new records, modify or delete existing data. You can view already stored data for information purposes.

This paragraph will provide a short overview over the options available for updating these basic data
Just like in almost any other program:
Permitted input range: decimal, max. 14 positions
Enter the number of the stock item. If you do not know the number, you can select the data record via the Search Function.

A universally valid description of the
maintenance of internal order positions cannot be given in this place, since it
depends on the respective work step.
The maintenance of internal order positions is carried out with the creation of
order requests and the processing by the central or the respective branch.
With the creation, the respective positions are inserted and their delivery
quantities are defined, while with the processing of an order request, the
order location and the actual delivery quantity are maintained in the central
or the respective branch.
Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 999
Displays the number of the order unit for the selected item.
Permitted input range: decimal, max. 11 positions, max. 3 decimal digits
Enter the order amount for this item.
Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 99999
Displays the number of the branch from which the item is to be delivered. You can enter a different branch number if you would like to order an item from a different branch. If you do not know the number, you can select the data record via the Search Function.
Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 999999
Enter the number of the supplier if you would like to create an order from a supplier for this item. You have to leave this field blank if this item is to be ordered from a stock of the same or from a different branch. If you do not know the number, you can select the data record via the Search Function.
Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 9999
Displays the number of the stock from which this item is to be delivered. You can enter a different stock number if you would like to order this item from a different stock. If you do not know the number, you can select the data record via the Search Function.
Permitted input range: decimal, max. 14 positions
Displays the delivery amount for this item. You can enter a different amount.
Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 999
Displays the number of the delivery unit for this item. You can enter a different delivery unit if this item can be ordered from the supplier with a different unit.
Permitted input range: alphanumeric, max. 40 chars.
