Internal
order requests for a particular stock location can be sent from another branch
by ordering the required items of any stock location from the stock of another
branch.
The function: Application
-> Stock -> Internal Order Request -> Internal
Order Request to Branch for this order
type is set in the MICROS Retail OSCAR POS program.
By use of this program, you can edit an order request to another branch. This kind of order requires that a branch with the order location characterization Branch exists within a multi-branch installation (central/ branch). The order location for a branch is defined in field "Order location" of program Branch -> Add.data 2.
In addition, the order category "Branch" has to be assigned to the corresponding items in he update program Stock Item.
