Shrinkage type (Beverage)

Remarks on program function
Various recording modes for shrinkage can be updated with this program. Recording modes must be entered in program Application -> Stock -> Shrinkage for recording of shrinkage.

Remarks on data fields
All options available for update of the basic data have been described below.
As with nearly all programs the following also applies here:
- The entry mask in the application program may differ for this program. Some data fields may be missing
- There may be some defaults or firmly defined selection options for some data fields. These cannot be updated in the current program.
- The entry mask contains fields where entry is optional and fields with enforced entry defined.
- If the data record is updated over several pages of entry masks, the dialog window is reached by clicking onto the appropriate button with <Mouse key 1>.
- The same procedure also applies to call-up of another update program from this program.
- In some cases, you may find so-called "Switches" which are activated or deactivated by the user with <Mouse key 1> depending on the setting. Activated switches have a dark top, deactivated switches are lighter.

Entry range permitted: numeric, 1 - 9999
Enter the no. of the company for which the shrinkage type is to be processed. If this no. is not known the data record can be selected via the Search function.
Recording mode no.
Entry range permitted: numeric, 1 - 99
Enter the number for the shrinkage type in this field.
If a new shrinkage type is to be programmed a free no. should be entered in the Key fields.
If changes or deletions are necessary the data record can be called up from a number entry in the key fields. An unknown data record can be selected via the sind, Search function.
Recording mode
Field with firmly defined selection options
Select one of the recording modes offered to allow for recording of shrinkage by clicking on this field and with a second click confirming the option required.
Recording modes should be entered in program Application -> Stock -> Shrinkage for shrinkage recording.
The system offers the following recording modes:
- none
- Breakage???
This shrinkage type is used if, for example, bottles in a pack unit are broken. In such a case the individual item is deducted from the full pack store and the crate is moved to the empties store. - Mindererlöse?????*
The shrinkage type is used if, for example, goods are bad. In such a case the pack item including all individual items are moved from the full pack store to the empties store. - Total loss
This shrinkage type is used if, for example, there is a total loss of pack unit and all items or if goods are stolen. In such a case the pack unit including all individual items is deducted from the full pack store.
