Waiter Account at the POS Terminal

In the hospitality area, the waiter account is carried out at the POS terminal – in contrast to the SB area in which it can also be carried out via a POS declared entry – via the POS reports only.

POS Report 4

This report provides the values

• of the waiter signed on at the POS terminal
• of the current account period.

An account period will neither be closed nor opened. The report is therefore only for information within the waiter account.

The call-up takes place via the appropriate function key ( keyboard code REPORT;4). The output is carried out via the connected POS printer.

The report informs you about

• Start date
• Start time
• Number of the current account period
• Number of receipts
• Calculated turnovers referring to the payment types.

Account via POS Report 6

This report displays the values of the waiter signed on at the POS terminal of the current account period. The period will then be closed, and a new one will be opened (with values set to zero). Everything will be booked in the new period from then on.

The report is started via the appropriate key. The output is carried out via the connected POS printer.

You receive the following information:

• Start date of the closed account period
• Start time of the closed account period
• End date of the closed account period
• End time of the closed account period
• Number of the closed account period
• Number of receipts
• Calculated turnovers referring to the payment types.
