Run with options for ad hoc and standard reports

Format

Specifies the delivery format for the report output:

• HTML (including the number of rows per page).
• PDF (including the page orientation and paper size).
• Microsoft Excel in single or multiple spreadsheet formats.
• Delimited text (CSV).
• XML.

  Note: CSV and XML formats are only available for ad hoc reports, and are not supported for standard reports.

Accessibility

Allows you to enable or disable accessibility support.

Note: Enabling accessibility support creates report output that can be read by a screen reader.

Language

Specifies the language in which to produce the report output.

Delivery

Any of the following delivery mechanisms:

• View the report now.
• Save the report.

  Saving the report output as a view produces a snapshot of the data at the time that you generate the report. This produces an archive that you can quickly review without having to regenerate the report output.

  Note: If you save a report view with the same name as the report, when you click the report name, the report does not re-generate and you only see the report view. To avoid overwriting data, save a report and its report view with different names.
