This release complies with PCI Payment Application Data Security Standard 3.1 by adding support for the Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 encryption protocol. This release also removes the option to use other encryption protocols, and no longer supports credit card drivers without the TLS 1.2 protocol. Oracle Hospitality e7 Point-of-Sale now supports the following credit card drivers:
Universal Credit Card Driver (UCCD)
Heartland
FirstData
RBS WorldPlay
