Ship Order Detail - Integrated Screen
Purpose: Use this screen to review detailed information about a delivery order with at least one item eligible to ship, and to ship one or more items on the order.
You use this screen for integrated shipping.
Which items listed? Only items on the order whose Next Action is Ship are listed on this screen. To see all open items regardless of next action, use the View Order Detail Screen.
How to display this screen: Enter a valid order number for a delivery order with at least one item eligible for shipping at the Order To Be Shipped Screen.
Switch to manual shipment: You can also click Switch to Manual Shipping in the upper right corner of the screen to advance to the View Orders Ready for Shipping Screen, where you can confirm shipments using manual shipping.

Edit: Opens the Edit Shipping Address Window where you can update the shipping address on a delivery order. This option is available only if the Next Action for an item on a delivery order is Accept & Print, Pick, or Ship. You must have authority to edit the shipping address. Ship: • one item: • Click the Ship option in the Next Action column for the item (even if other items are selected, the action applies to the current item only); or, • Select the item and click the Ship button at the bottom of the screen • more than one item: Select each item and click the button at the bottom of the screen. You can also use the Select All or Deselect All buttons at the bottom of the screen. When you select the Ship option, the Ship Order Window (Integrated Shipping) opens. Grouped items: See Why are some items on an order grouped together? for background. Other possible actions: Select at least one item and click an option from the bottom of the screen: • Reject Optionally, click Switch to Manual Shipping at the upper right corner of the screen to advance to the View Orders Ready for Shipping Screen, where you can confirm shipments using manual shipping. |
