Order To Be Shipped Screen

Purpose: Use this screen to enter or scan a delivery order number for shipment.

Your entry must be a valid order number for a delivery order that is not Under Review and has at least one item whose Next Action is Ship.

Note:            This screen is available only if your system administrator has selected the integrated shipping method for your store location.

When you enter a valid order number and click Continue, you advance to the:

         Ship Order Detail - Integrated Screen, where you can confirm shipment of one or more unshipped items on the order, if there is a single carrier assigned to the items on the order that are eligible for shipment, or if no active carrier is assigned; or the

         Select Order Carrier Window, where you need to select the carrier selected for the item(s) you are shipping, if the items eligible for shipment are assigned to different carriers.

Only items whose Next Action is Ship are available for shipment confirmation.

Switch to manual shipment: You can also click Switch to Manual Shipping in the upper right corner of the screen to advance to the View Orders Ready for Shipping Screen, where you can confirm shipments using manual shipping.
