This class facilitates the PropertyDisplayRegistry's extensibility. Plugin classes can be registered using PropertyDisplayRegistry.registerPlugin(oracle.ide.db.PropertyDisplayRegistry.Plugin) so that extensions can provide display names for arbitrary property Strings. The names of properties defined in the API cannot be overriden.
