FAQ - Can I change the attached profile or guest's name after I copy the reservation?

 

YES.

 

You can change the guest's name and the profile that is attached to the reservation after copying the reservation. Go to the reservation's Primary Details and select Edit Profile (to change the name or spelling of the name) or Select Another Profile (to attach a different profile or create a new profile for the copied reservation).

Remember -- since all Associated Profiles copy to the new reservation from the original guest's profile, they may also need editing for the new guest.

Although you can change the profile after copying the reservation, you can also change it while you are copying the reservation.

The third step in the copy process takes you to the Look To Book Sales screen, where you can choose a different guest's profile or create a new profile to attach to the new reservation.
