FAQ - How do I enter a new Room Maintenance request?
You can enter a new Room Maintenance request from the Room Management > Room Maintenance jump, from the EZTask Room Maintenance option, or from the Task Sheet Companion.

To enter a new Room Maintenance request from the Room Management > Room Maintenance jump:
1) Select or Enter a Property, and then select Search
2) Select New
3) Select one or more Room Numbers (you can set the same request for multiple rooms)
4) Select the Reason for the maintenance
5) Add any additional Remarks or Instructions
6) Select Save Changes

To enter a new Room Maintenance request from the Task Sheet Companion:
(Applies to the room currently being serviced.)
1) Select the New Room Maintenance link (which displays after the Start button is selected)
2) Select the Reason for the maintenance
3) Add any additional Remarks or Instructions
4) Select Save Changes. The message "New room maintenance request successfully added" appears above the Instructions box as confirmation.
