FAQ - How do I mark a Room Maintenance request as Resolved (completed)?

You can mark Room Maintenance requests as resolved from the Room Management > Room Maintenance jump or from the EZTask Room Maintenance option.

To mark a Room Maintenance request as Resolved (completed) from the Room Management > Room Maintenance jump:

1) Select or Enter a Property

2) Enter the Room Number and/or Reason or leave blank to search all

3) Select Unresolved status

4) Select Search

5) Select the drop down icon to expand the category and view the individual requests, if necessary

6) On the line item for the request, select the Resolved check box The change takes place immediately

Note: If you find that a "Resolved" request has not actually been completed, or it needs further action, you can find it again by searching for either "Resolved" or by "All."
