FAQ - How do I view all Resolved (completed) Room Maintenance requests?

You can view Resolved Room Maintenance requests from the Room Management > Room Maintenance jump and from the EZTask Room Maintenance option.

To view all Resolved (completed) Room Maintenance requests from the Room Management > Room Maintenance jump:

1) Select or Enter a Property

2) Select the Resolved Status

3) Select Search

4) Select the drop down icon to expand the category and view the individual requests.

Room Maintenance jump - View all Resolved requests. Shown here by current and older dates, as well as by reason to view all resolved requests sorted by Reason category (such as Air Conditioning, No Hot Water, Light Bulb, or Renovations).

 

Note: If you find that a "Resolved" request has not actually been completed, or it needs further action, you can find it again by searching for either "Resolved" or by "All."

1) Select or Enter a Property

2) Select the Resolved Status

3) Select Search

4) The Resolved Room Maintenance requests display.

EZTask Room Maintenance - Shown here with all Resolved requests. To view all Resolved requests by Reason(s), select one or more from the drop down list in the Reason search field. To view all Resolved requests by Date, use the Room Maintenance jump in Room Management.

 

Note: If you find that a "Resolved" request has not actually been completed, or it needs further action, you can find it again by searching for either "Resolved" or by "All."
