FAQ - Why don't I see my custom field on the screen?

There are a couple of reasons why you don't see your custom field on the screen:

1. The custom field was created at the Property level (customization was set at Property/HUB), and you are logged in to a different property.

2. The field is hidden (the field's Display value is set to No). Change the setting to Yes for the field to show on the screen.
